Police Certificate from Bahrain required document

Hello,

I'm trying to get a police certificate from Bahrain for the NVC process but they want the "information packet sent from NVC" as part of the general requirements, as they said the US Embassy there doesn't provide a request letter. Does anyone know what the info packet from NVC is? I didn't receive anything like that in the US nor did my family members in Bahrain.

You can check the language here (colored it purple):

Hello,

I filled I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for my parents, the first case was approved On May 20, 2022 and the second case was approved at the same day but I corrected a typo in the date of the birth then I got the approval On October 18, 2022. I never got any updates since that time. Today I checked the status and I was surprised to see the that case was closed :

Is that normal to close the case after you get the approval?

I landed in the USA as a new immigrant with my family and after two weeks I got a notification for green card approval for all my family but for me no change.

one week later I got an appointment for biometrics ( it is done before @ the embassy )and now three weeks after the appointment status still (we are actively reviewing your form os155a, immigrant visa and alien registration, and receipt number our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. we will let you know if we need anything from you.) no one in my family got his card.

anyone has the same experience and how long it will take

I've tried different computers, operating systems and internet browsers but it's been like this all week. I followed a YouTube guide that supposedly fixed it but it didn't work for me. Any ideas and how to help?

My partner and I are very conflicted on this and honestly I have been losing sleep and worrying all day about all of this.

We have been together online 3.5 years and haven t met yet. (Finances, we re both still students)

in about two years we will meet, however with the saving up we need to do I suspect we will only meet twice before I move there.

we could go the Utah Online Marriage route for a CR1 since I ve seen a lot of K-1 haters.

however, do you think in my case (high fraud country, only meeting in person two times maximum -yes I m aware we need to meet after the marriage in order for it to be legit-) a k-1 would be a better choice? Or would a CR1 still be non suspicious? We have been calling and messaging almost every single day for 3.5 years but I know that in person stuff matter way more, and I know for a CR1 joint finances and whatnot are what really matters.
We re honestly at a loss.
